1. Who We Are

Build Boy, LLC is a Eugene-based handyman and remodeling company offering repair, renovation, and light construction services to residential and small commercial customers. We operate with a straight-talk attitude and a hard work ethic.

2. Services

We provide quotes in good faith based on what we know at the time. If surprises come up once we’re into a job (rot, code issues, hidden damage), we’ll stop and talk it through with you before doing extra work.

All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service if something’s unsafe, illegal, or outside our scope.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are not guarantees. Final pricing may vary based on material costs, scope changes, or on-site discoveries. You’ll always be kept in the loop.

Invoices are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Late payments may be subject to interest and collection fees. We really don’t want to go there, so just pay on time.

4. Scheduling

We try to keep a tight schedule, but delays can happen due to weather, supply issues, or emergencies. We’ll communicate clearly if something affects your project timeline.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee (usually $50 to cover lost time). For pre-paid jobs, refunds for unperformed work will be pro-rated and discussed openly.

6. Warranty

We stand by our craftsmanship. Most labor is warrantied for 1 year. Materials are covered per manufacturer policy. Damage from misuse, weather, or other contractors is not covered.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re here to help, not to play lawyer. That said, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to what you paid us. We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Website Use

This website is for informational purposes only. You can’t copy, distribute, or use our content for anything sketchy. Don’t try to hack or mess with the site.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services or website means you accept the new terms.
